1 Introduction & Acceptance

Khangar Vivah ("Platform") is an online matrimony service operated by khangarkshatriya.com, designed exclusively for the Khangar Kshatriya community.

By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

These Terms comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 of India.

2 Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must:

• Be of the minimum legal age for marriage under Indian law (Male: 21 years, Female: 18 years).
• Belong to the Khangar Kshatriya community.
• Be legally eligible for marriage under Indian law (unmarried, divorced, or widowed).
• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile.

Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

3 Account Registration

At the time of registration, you must provide a valid mobile number, name, date of birth, and other required information. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.

Each individual may create only one account. Discovery of multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

Authentication is conducted through Google OAuth or OTP verification. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Subscription & Payments

The Platform offers both free and paid subscription plans. Detailed plan information is available on the Pricing page.

Payments are accepted via Razorpay payment gateway or QR code transfer. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Important: Once a payment is made, subscription fees are non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of the subscription period. There is no auto-renewal.

5 User Conduct

While using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful matrimonial purposes.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse any other user.
• Not upload obscene, misleading, or legally prohibited content.
• Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity.
• Not misuse or commercially exploit personal information obtained through the Platform.
• Not engage in any fraudulent activity or spamming.

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.

6 Content & Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, trademarks ("Khangar Vivah", "खंगार विवाह"), software code, and content on the Platform are the property of khangarkshatriya.com.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, profile details). However, by uploading to the Platform, you grant us a limited license to display such content for the purpose of providing the service.

Copying, distributing, or reproducing any Platform content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011.

Female users' contact information (phone/WhatsApp) is hidden by default and shared only with explicit consent.

🤝 Contact Information Sharing & Consent

When a matrimonial interest is accepted, contact information is shared only after Mutual Consent from both parties:

• Receiver's Consent: The receiver explicitly consents to contact sharing at the time of accepting the interest.
• Sender's Consent: After receiving the acceptance notification, the sender separately provides their consent.
• Only when both parties have consented are phone numbers and WhatsApp details (as per your privacy settings) made visible to both sides.
• After consent, a limited introduction chat of 15 messages (per side) is available, after which users are encouraged to connect offline.
• You can change your contact visibility anytime from your privacy settings.
• Misuse of shared contact information (harassment, spam, or unauthorised sharing) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Khangar Vivah is a matchmaking platform, not a marriage bureau. We do not provide any guarantees or assurances regarding matches between users.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or truthfulness of information provided by users.
• No guarantee of a successful match or marriage is made.
• The Platform shall not be held legally responsible for any disputes between users.
• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

In no event shall our maximum liability exceed the subscription amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• False or misleading profile information.
• Complaints from other users.
• Legal requirements or government orders.

In the event of account suspension, no refund shall be provided for the remaining subscription period.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.

In the event of any dispute, parties shall first attempt resolution through mutual consultation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the competent court of the aforementioned jurisdiction.
