Cancellation Policy

Summary
Subscriptions on Khangar Vivah cannot be cancelled after purchase. Your subscription remains active until the end of its term and expires automatically. There is no auto-renewal.
1 Cancellation Policy Overview
Paid subscriptions on Khangar Vivah are for a fixed duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Once a subscription is purchased and payment is confirmed, the subscription cannot be cancelled mid-term.
Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of their term. Our service does not have auto-renewal, so you will never be charged without your explicit consent.
2 Free Account Deactivation
If you wish to deactivate your account, you may request deactivation at any time by emailing us at contact@khangarkshatriya.com.
Upon account deactivation:
- Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
- Any active subscription will continue until its expiry date, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
- Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3 Cancellation by Administration
The administration reserves the right to cancel your subscription or account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of Terms and Conditions.
- False profile information or fraudulent activity.
- Harassment of other users or inappropriate conduct.
- Legal orders or government directives.
In the event of administrative cancellation, no refund shall be issued for the remaining subscription period.
4 Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that the Khangar Vivah service is permanently discontinued, we will provide active subscribers with reasonable advance notice.
In such circumstances, a pro-rata refund for the remaining active subscription period may be considered at our discretion. This is the sole exception where a refund may be applicable.
