All subscription payments on Khangar Vivah are non-refundable. Please review all plan details carefully before making a purchase.

1 Refund Policy Overview

All subscription plan payments on Khangar Vivah are non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.

This policy exists because upon activation, you gain immediate access to all premium features, including viewing profiles, sending interests, and accessing contact details.

2 Situations Where Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds shall not be provided in any of the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
  • Inability to find a suitable match.
  • Non-usage of the service during the subscription period.
  • Account suspension due to violation of Terms.
  • Selection of an incorrect plan.
  • Duplicate payments (see exception below).
  • Leaving the service for personal or family reasons.

3 Exception — Duplicate or Technical Error

A refund may be considered only in the following situation:

Duplicate Payment: If a technical error in the payment gateway causes you to be charged twice for the same subscription, the excess amount will be refunded.

To claim a duplicate payment refund:

  • Email contact@khangarkshatriya.com within 48 hours of the payment.
  • Attach receipts or screenshots of both transactions.
  • Include your registered mobile number and Vivah ID.

After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4 Payment Methods

Khangar Vivah accepts the following payment methods:

  • Razorpay: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
  • QR Code Payment: Subject to manual verification (admin approval required).

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment gateway charges (if any) are borne by the user.

We will endeavour to resolve your grievance within 7 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may file a complaint with the appropriate forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
